Description: Steps to Complete Project: 1) Heating and working with Hot isomalt 2) Working with Heat Lamp 3) Pulling and Shaping 4) Making bows 5) Making candy canes 6) Arranging the sugar topper. You're going to fall in love with making pulled sugar ribbon and candy canes just in time for the holidays. In this 4-hour hands on class you'll be working with precooked Isomalt, heat lamps and learning pulling and shaping technique to create beautiful multicolored ribbons. Will cover safety, clarity, humidity, flavoring and storing Isomalt in class as well. Base and words will be premade as it just a simple pour but will be demo in class.
